    • Position: Supine with arms raised
    • NPO Status: NPO 4 hours
    • Pre-Medication:
      • HR < 65 target. Premedication not required.

    • Measure aortic annulus (3 diameters). Coronary heights. Access vessels (iliofemoral). Valve calcium. Comprehensive TAVR measurements
